If there is an item that has sold out, please reach out and we will attempt to source another for you. You can message us via the Contact page on our website our website or send us an email with your enquiry.

We are currently unable to offer click and collect. We do hope to offer you this service in the future.

Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days.  Following this, Australia Post quotes 5-8 business days to most Australian cities. Shipping can take up to 10 business days to WA, TAS and NT. Please note that due to circumstances beyond control (Flooding, Covid related staff shortages), there may be delays in some regions.

Currently, Indigo Heart only ships Australia wide. We do hope to offer this service in the future.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, this may still be possible. Please send us an email with your order number and the updated details and we will do endeavour to meet your request. 

Please send an email to admin@indigoheart.com.au within 5 days of delivery of your goods and we will get back to you as a matter of urgency. Please include the following information in your email.

- Photographs of your damaged item/s

- Invoice number

In the event your item arrives damaged, you will receive the option of a replacement (if one is available) or full refund. 

Indigo Heart is unable to offer refunds due to change of mind.
