Click and Collect is available from Keilor East, Victoria. After your order is packed, you will be notified that it is ready and given the address for collection.
Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days. Following this, Australia Post quotes 5-8 business days to most Australian cities. Shipping can take up to 10 business days to WA, TAS and NT. Please note that due to circumstances beyond control (Flooding, Bushfires, Cyclones etc), there may be delays in some regions.
Currently, Indigo Heart only ships Australia wide. We do hope to offer this service in the future.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation, this may still be possible. Please send us an email with your order number and the updated details and we will do endeavour to meet your request.
Please send an email to admin@indigoheart.com.au within 5 days of delivery of your goods and we will get back to you as a matter of urgency. Please include the following information in your email.
- Photographs of your damaged item/s
- Invoice number
In the event your item arrives damaged, you will receive the option of a replacement (if one is available) or full refund.
Indigo Heart is unable to offer refunds due to change of mind.
